Hotel Artist in Biel exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff and modern amenities. Larissa's assistance for a late check-in was invaluable. The renovated rooms were comfortable, equipped with a large TV screen and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Despite ongoing renovations, the potential of this place shines through, promising a great stay. The location also allows for exploring the natural beauty of Chasseral Nature Park and Doubs Nature Park. A diverse array of features like a terrace and a restaurant serving Grill BBQ cuisine added to the overall charm of the stay. Great potential for an enjoyable city break.
